The future of ERP will not be screen-driven — it will be AI agent-driven.
👉 Most interactions will happen through a chat interface, where:
- Users can give instructions in natural language
- AI agents execute tasks end-to-end
- Data entry, processing, and reporting happen automatically
💬 What This Looks Like Practically
Instead of navigating complex screens:
Users can simply say:
- “Create a sales order for this customer with these items”
- “Show me outstanding payments above ₹5 lakh”
- “Generate stock report for fast-moving designs”
👉 AI will:
- Understand the intent
- Validate inputs
- Ask follow-up questions if anything is unclear
- Show preview / impact before execution
- Then perform the action safely
⚠️ Problem in Current Systems
Today’s ERP systems have a major limitation:
- Only the assigned executive knows how to perform specific tasks
- Even business owners or managers may not fully know the exact steps
- If done incorrectly → can create errors or data inconsistencies
Also:
- Reverting entries is often restricted or complex (for data integrity reasons)
- Which increases dependency on specific individuals

With AI agents:
- Anyone (with proper roles/permissions) can perform tasks
- No dependency on specific individuals
- Reduced errors through validation
- More transparency and control
👉 This makes ERP more accessible, scalable, and reliable

- Humans (executives) are fast due to muscle memory for repetitive tasks
- But this works only at a limited scale

- Match and exceed that speed
- Handle large-scale operations consistently
- Work across multiple workflows without dependency

We are not building from scratch — we are building on a strong base:

But we will:
- Customize it deeply for ground-level industry workflows
- Make UI/UX simple, intuitive, and clean
- Reduce friction in daily operations
💬 Chat-Centric ERP (Raven as Core Interface)
We will enable AI-driven operations primarily through:
👉 Raven (chat system, like Slack but tightly integrated with ERPNext database)
Through this interface, users will be able to:
- Make data entries
- Assign tasks
- Receive notifications
- Generate reports
- Communicate internally
